Warranty
SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Repair warrants it’s workmanship for the period of 90 (Ninety) days from the date of installation to be free from defects in workmanship. The respective manufacturer warrants parts or accessories installed for the time specified by the manufacturer, and unless specifically specified by the manufacturer, the labor is limited to the 90 day period. In the event of a part that does not carry a manufacturers warranty, the warranty period on the labor to replace the part not covered will be 90 (ninety) days from date of installation. In some instances, repairs can be considered temporary or not completed per our recommendation, in which case "NO WARRANTY will be stated on the work order and/or invoice and that particular repair has absolutely no warranty attached to it. SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Repair is not liable for any consequential damages that occur from parts or accessories installed or repair performed, and in no case shall the cost of any warranty repair exceed the cost of the original invoice amount. In the event of a covered failure, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV IMMEDIATELY! If failure occurs outside of SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV’s service area, and the repairs need to be performed by an another service supplier, a "WARRANTY AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be obtained prior to work being performed by calling SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Service or no payment for warranty repair will be made by SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Service. No warranty payment will be made for customer performed repairs. In any event, the cost of repairs authorized will not exceed the cost of the original repair as stated on the invoice.
Intermittent Failures
In the event that SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Service is requested to locate the cause of an intermittent failure, and such failure does not occur while SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Service is testing or is standing by for failure, the customer is still liable to pay SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Service for our diagnostic time. Occasionally, the failure may occur while testing, but does not persist long enough to adequately diagnose the source of failure. In such a case, SUNDANCE CUSTOM RV Service may recommend repair based on the symptoms and results of testing, but cannot guarantee the repair will correct the problem. The customer will be given the option to continue testing, cease testing or perform the repair with the understanding that no warranty is made that the problem will not re-occur. Additional testing or parts required will be at additional cost.
